Fantastic cottage, in a fantastic location. Owners showed the children around the farm to see the lambs and horses. Couldn't fault the cottage in any way and will be back.... soon.

This is a beautiful cottage with fantastic views. Everything is provided for including a TV in each bedroom as well as in the lounge. We spent Christmas here and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone.

This was a stunningly beautiful location. The views were terrific. We did benefit from superb weather which might be a touch unusual. The area has great attractions, and all easily accessible via the high speed roads which are just far enough away to provide good transport connections but not near enough to annoy. The house had every item of equipment we needed. We made use of most of it and it was extremely easy, and full instructions were readily to hand. We are going to recommend this house to our friends.

Our 2nd visit to Whitehill Cottage and, as on our first earlier in the year, everything was excellent. The cottage itself, including furnishings and equipment, is top class with the lovely views being the 'icing on the cake'! The location is also ideal - not too far from Monmouth, but also very central for getting out and about in the area - Welsh Valleys, Forest of Dean, Black Mountains etc. all very scenic. Thoroughly recommended - we hope to return again!

The accommodation was first rate - better than we expected. We didn't want for anything. The views were wonderful. The local pub provided good food at a reasonable price. The area was beautiful. We would thoroughly recommend this cottage.

We had a lovely weekend at Whitehill Farm and I would fully recommend a stay there. On arrival we were met by the very welcoming owner Mrs Yeomans who had provided Welsh cakes and refreshments for us. The cottage is fabulous - very large and spacious, immaculately decorated, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The views from the cottage are superb and it is very quiet and peaceful. The surrounding area is beautiful and if you go in May you will find some beautiful bluebell walks. The town of Monmouth is traditional with lots of shops, and there is also a Tesco and Lidl.

An excellent and well equipeed barn conversion with panoramic views across open countryside, and yet just a few miles from Monmouth town centre. Very welcoming hosts who live close by in the farm house - our pet dog was made most welcome and the property benefits from having an enclosed garden. An excellent location for exploring the Forest of Dean.

We can't think of a single thing that could have been 'bettered' at Whitehill Farm Cottage! The cottage itself definitely lives up to its 'ultimate' rating - excellent furnishings, top quality bathrooms, and plenty of 'day to day' equipment provided - not to mention the lovely views. Also, the location of the cottage is perfect - whilst giving the feeling of being right out in the countryside, it's only a couple of miles from the shops/restaurants if you need them and ideally situated for exploring another beautiful corner of the U.K.

It was comfortable in everyway, very luxurious, lovely walks from the doorstep and lovely veiws. Welsh cakes on arrival and piece and quiet.

Whitehill Farm in Monmouth is one of the nicest accommodations we have visited so far. We have enjoyed a fair amount of nice properties -- but this one gets high accolades from us!
